The OnGuard program is designed to be both adaptable to 
                      specific client needs, while keeping deployment and ease 
                      of use as simple as possible. As shown in the module overviews, 
                      the basic workflow of the program follows the officer from 
                      the Daily Log through entering an Incident Report, adding 
                      Names to that report, and then adding any pictures or property 
                      that might be related to the report.
                    All these actions generate email notifications, detail 
                      and summary reports, and the host of other functions you'd 
                      expect in a record management system. In action, the data 
                      storage is centralized so a system user can retrieve statistics 
                      on either individual properties, or system wide using all 
                      properties.
